We are trying to keep our return fee as low as possible.  It is a $150 restock fee with a  3 business day return policy, which means you have 3 business days after receiving your item to request a return.  If you want to do an exchange I will waive the restock fee for one exchange.  If the second item is returned the restock fee will apply to last wig purchase made of the exchanges.   ANY ITEM WITH REQUESTS TO ALTER WIG OR CAP ARE A FINAL SALE.  We will issue a $150 credit code for future use if you do not keep a purchase and have are charged a restock fee.  

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, do not cut lace or use heat or styling products on hair. Notify us within 3 business via email: carolynspyw@gmail.com or text 737-240-9029 that return has been initiated.  Please include tracking information, insurance and signature upon delivery.  If a wig says delivered and it's not signed for insurance may not cover your loss.  

You are responsible for any return insured shipping fees. Please insure your return.  I am not responsible for lost packages.   Request signature for returns.  That keeps packages from being left on a doorstep.  Insurance will not cover a package if left without signature.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. My contact number is 737-240-9029 or carolynspyw@gmail.com but also please text/call us as well.  

  Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted you can exchange and the restock fee will be credited towards your next purchase.   If you return the exchange the restock fee can be used towards a future purchase.   

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. NO REFUNDS FOR PURCHASE BOUGHT WITH REQUEST TO ALTER WIG OR CAP. 

LAYAWAY:

We know wigs are expensive to purchase. We try to keep our prices as affordable as possible as well as offer a layaway option. An initial deposit of $150 + any alteration fee will put your purchase on Layaway and you must make monthly payments. If you decide to cancel layaway there is a $150 restock fee + alterations costs you requested will be deducted and all other funds will be reimbursed to you. When layaway is complete and you receive you may return and will be charged $150 restock fee or do 1 exchange with no restock fee. Abandoned layaways or incomplete layaways wanting a refund are subject to $150 plus any alteration fee for restocking. 

Actual colors may vary. This is due to computer monitors displaying colors differently and everyone can see these colors differently. Please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor. We cannot guarantee that the color you see accurately portrays the true color of the product.
